HEATHERGATE COTTAGE is in the style of an English Country Cottage retreat in the heart of Victoria with its own patio garden. The private cottage is an enchanting 2 bedroom home attached to our main B&B residence and it features a sitting room with a combination of antique and comfortable furniture, color television, VCR, books & a selection of games available for winter evenings.

A dining room is off the living room and adjacent to a modern continental kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stove, fridge, stack-on washer & dryer, china dishes for 6 people with a selection of cooking and serving dishes supplied. A microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, steam-iron and vacuum cleaner are provided. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub/shower combination, hair dryer and shaver outlet.

The cottage has two lovely bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and antique Canadian Bonnet chest and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The comfortable beds are adorned with down duvets and feather pillows. The rooms are complemented with Casablanca fans, Scottish lace curtains and country garden wallpapers. Off-street parking is provided for one car.

 

 

SERVICES PROVIDED FOR MONTHLY RENTALS:   Supplied linens consist of sheets, down duvets, duvet covers, down & non-allergenic pillows, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, dish clothes and tea towels. Weekly maid service for changing linens on beds and completing the general house cleaning. A Washer and dryer is included for your self-housekeeping and personal use. Heat, hydro and cable TV included Telephone in cottage is provided free of charge for local calls on a shared guest line with provision for long distance toll calls via a 1-800- calling card or with VISA, MC or AMEX. DOMESTIC POWER SUPPLY IS:  120 volt/60hz./15 amp. MONTHLY RATES: Cottage, single or double occupancy, is Cdn $2,150/ month] with each additional person at Cdn $ 450.00 / month to a maximum of four full time occupants. One bedroom suite is $1,950/month and 2 bedrrom suite is $2,150 /month (both either single or double occupancy). Casual quests of monthly renters are permitted in the cottage or two bedrrom suite by arrangement at a surcharge of $25.00/night/person.
